We met in 2009 while I was 19 and he was just 23.

We were introduced through (thanks to my Primary School mate) who is my Fiance's younger brother. Yes I had questions from the mass as to why I fell for his elder brother and not him. Should I even be answering to those kinda questions? Hahaha.

Anyways, my parents are not the kind that'll go- OH YOU'VE A BOYFRIEND NOW? COME WELCOME HIM IN AND GET TO KNOW THE FAMILY! It was none of that. 

 2009

  • He asked my mum if he can bring me out, officially asked my mum and dad that we wanted to go on a date!
  • Parents were skeptical the ENTIRE time.
  • He entered NS after graduating from Temasek Poly, (just in case, he went thru Sec 5 *Like myself*)
  • He mentioned on his first day of enlistment to NS, that he wanted to marry me!
2010
  • We got to know each other better.
  • Had my "A" Levels.
  • He was still in NS.
2011
  • I officially started working to save money for university fees.
  • He was still in NS but was finishing.
  • Continued to understand him more than usual.
2012
  • Started my UniSIM degree.
  • He started his job in the Government sector (Bonus mesti BOOMZ, HAHAHAHA)
  • Our parents met to talk about putting a ring on my finger!
2013
  • WE GOT ENGAGED!

2014
  • Marriage preparations
  • Mostly I'm busy with school, and him with work.
  • Can't wait to get married mode. Almost 6 years lah sey. Who wouldn't right? Hehe.
2015
  • Tied the knot with my knight in shining armour; Muhammad Nizam Bin Zakariah- Amin.


  • Graduated ( Pass with Merit ) for a Bachelor Degree in Counselling.
2016
  • Blessed with a baby girl.
  • Moved to our Haven called home.
2017
  • Holiday trip to London while 5 months pregnant with baby boy!
2018
  • Baby boy’s arrival in April.
2019
  • 4th year of being married!
2020
  • Nothing much thanks to Covid-19
2021
  • Covid-19 is still around :(
